How do I get a loan payoff?

First Financial® is not a loan servicer. You must contact your specific lender or servicer directly. If you see a charge from us, it will always be labeled NPPS – Nations Payment Processing Services.

Why did First Financial take money from my account?

We do not perform unauthorized debits or credits. If you see our name on an unauthorized charge, please contact your bank immediately to initiate a fraud dispute. Ensure the charge is labeled as NPPS; if not, it is not from us.

I received a call about a loan approval. Is it legitimate?

No. First Financial® will NEVER offer loan approvals via phone, email, or text. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or bank info over the phone. All legitimate applications must be started at www.firstfinancial.com.

Someone claiming to be from First Financial® keeps calling me.

We do not engage in phone solicitation. Do not provide any financial data. Report these calls to the FBI Cyber Crime link above. Remember: The Official First Financial® only operates through our secure website.
