How do I get a loan payoff?
First Financial is not a loan servicer. You will need to contact your loan servicer directly.
Why did First Financial take money from my account?
We do not perform debits or credits on bank accounts. Please contact your bank to initiate a fraud dispute if you did not authorize a charge.
Somebody called me with an approved loan and asked for my bank information.
First Financial will never ask for money upfront, social security numbers, or bank details via phone or email. We do not use direct mail, text, or phone solicitation. All applications must be completed securely at our official website.

How do I know my banking information is safe?
We use the highest level of encryption available with a closed dedicated server. If you do not accept a loan offer, we delete your application and do not store your data. We ask you to complete information required on our secure online forms only.

Identity theft is a crime where personal information is used to steal from accounts or obtain fraudulent credit. Report such crimes directly to the FBI at ic3.gov or the FTC at ftc.gov.
